  • Submitting your photographs to the Cheltenham Group confirms your acceptance of all our terms and conditions listed on this page
  • PLUS all relevant information displayed on our FAQ page.
  • We can only accept photographs that you or family members have taken personally. We cannot scan pictures that you may have acquired commercially, such as post cards or travel pictures that you have purchased from a third party.
  • Any photographs that you submit, that we suspect are copyrighted by a third party will not be scanned, and no refund will be issued in this case. It is illegal in most cases for us to scan copyrighted materials.
  • By submitting photographs to us you confirm that you own the copyright or have permission from the copyright owner to make copies of the photographs.
  • You undertake that all photographs that you summit will not violate relevant child protection legislation, or other laws in force within Australia.
  • If you submit photos in albums you will be responsible for the additional return postage costs and these photos will not be scanned.
  • Prices, term and conditions may change without notice.
  • The Cheltenham Group offer no guarantee or warranties in relation to the services provided.
  • The Cheltenham Group assumes no liability caused by any loss or damage to your original materials.
  • You are not entitled to any claims arising from damage or loss resulting from services offered by the Cheltenham Group.
  • You are not entitled to any damages, including consequential damages arising from any of the services offered by the Cheltenham group.
  • You agree to be limited to a refund up to the amount of any individual transaction.
  • Occasionally two pictures may stick together and the photo underneath may not be scanned as a result. We ask that you ‘fan’ you photos prior to sending them to us to reduce the possibility of this occurring. In the event of a photo not being scanned Cheltenham Group will not be responsible for any losses.
  • During the scanning process, occasionally, the scan may only scan a portion of the picture, rather than the entire photo. In the event of a photo not being scanned in its entirety, Cheltenham Group will not be responsible for any losses.
  • By submitting photographs to the Cheltenham Group, you agree to release the Cheltenham Group and its employees or agents from any liabilities arising from use of the service.
  • You agree to be solely responsible for, and liable for, any legal disputes arising from the use of the service offered by the Cheltenham Group.
  • Any dispute will come under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Western Australian judicial system.
  • There is a minimum price per order of $82.50 (plus $10 P&P).
  • By using our service you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
